BEST OPTION
GARAGE DOORS
Steps to deciding your
Best Option Garage Door
Step 1:
-Measurements
-Restrictions
First question we like to ask is- what are you looking for in your garage door and what size door do you need? Remember we don't only work with residential sized doors but commercial as well. We offer the following garage door brands: Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Windsor Door, and C.H.I Overhead Doors. It is important to measure your door frame and know what size you are looking for. We recommend you measure from side-to-side of the open gap on the frame and from top of the frame to the ground, to get the best measurement (take a look at example picture below). When looking into purchasing a new door, curb appeal is a must but are you wanting something basic, unique, modern, or even transparent? If your answer is yes to any of these, we have a door for you. If you live in an area with strict HOA regulations or in a county with regulations, we can help narrow your Best Option that stays within the guide lines.
Once you have measurements time to choose a design.
Step 2:
-Design
-Material
-Insulation or not
Once you have measured you door frame, choose what style or design will be your Best Option. We offer quality grade of your most common materials like aluminum, steel and wooden doors. We also offer many different styles for these doors, including overlays, full view glass doors and so much more. Take a look at our Gallery page to see work we have done in the past. Another option to decide is if you want your new doors to be insulated. To help you better understand insulation, it helps regulate temperature inside your garage. With insulation the panels are thicker, which makes your door more stable and helps it move smoother as it opens and closes. You’re going to have a longer life span with this door. Your garage will stay a bit more cozy during extreme hot or cold temperatures outside. If you work or spend much time in your garage, we always recommend adding insulation. We can add insulation to most styles. We do offer two different types of insulation, the first would be vinyl back and the second would be steel back. For some the difference is big and for others not so much. It's all personal preference. Take a look at the pictures below for example.
Place Order!
Step 3:
-Go over details with technician
-Order your new door
After deciding what style you like and if you will add insulation, a decision on color needs to be made. We have our basic stock colors (picture below of color options). If you are wanting a specific color and we don't have it in stock, we can always order it. If the color is not one of the options below we do work with a partner that paints garage doors. If needed it can be included with installation. If you would like to add an opener to your doors visit our openers page. And your final decision is to check your calendar and choose a date. Give us a call to place your order! What are you waiting for? if you still feel like you aren't completely sure, let us know your concerns. That is what we are here for. We have experienced technicians that are extremely knowledgeable in this and will show you samples, colors and can go over all the details with you at your location. We want you to be 100% sure that you are getting your best option for your new garage door.

Having Door Issues?
Here are some examples of what can be causing your door to be working improperly.
1.
Is Your Door Extremely Heavy to Lift?
If the door is difficult to lift or the garage door opener only lifts the door a few inches before it stops, you probably have a broken spring. The most common garage door repair is a broken spring.
2.
Do you have a cable off or is your door off track?

It usually occurs after accidentally shutting the door on an object, like the rear bumper of your car. This can also be the outcome of having the garage door opener trying to open the door while the manual lock is engaged. It can be caused by worn out parts on the garage door.
3.
Is Your Garage Door Causing Some Noise?

Another common garage door repair is to replace the traditional metal rollers, which may make grinding or screeching sounds when it is traveling up and down. We always recommend replacing them with 11 ball bearing, precision nylon rollers.
4.
