We install and repair most garage door opener makes and models. All garage door opener repairs are situational. If you have an existing opener and begin to have issues such as the opener is no longer pulling the door up or down, blinking lights coming from any parts, humming noises or nothing at all, don't hesitate to give us a call and we can find the issue. If you do not have an opener and are looking into buying a new one there are a number of options to choose from. Best Option works with many brands including LiftMaster, Chamberlin, Linear, Genie, Craftsman, Overhead and more! From chain to belt drives, we even sell Jack shaft openers. Each of our technicians are trained and have many years of experience in installing openers as well as repairing them. 

Chain Drive:

Chain drives are the most common and are very reliable opener. This drive runs by using a metal chain and tend to be a little more noisy. If your garage is located below or next any main rooms in your home, you don't want this opener. Chain drives are slightly cheaper than belt drives. We typically don't recommend these types of openers because the small saving isn't worth it compared to the belt drives.

Belt Drive:

Belt drives are as reliable as chain drives, but they are also virtually silent. This drive runs on a steel-reinforced belt and typically costs a few dollars more than chain drive. If your garage is attached to your home and has surrounding bedrooms, you'll never be bothered by the noise of your garage door.

Jackshaft:

Jackshaft Opener offers an ultra-quiet, space-saving, wall-mounted design. Specially designed for garages and unique applications that don't allow for a traditional garage door opener, such as garages with very low, cathedral or obstructed ceilings.

At Best Option when we sell and install you an opener, each of our opener kit's come included with at least one remote, sensors, rail and a wall button. If you would want to add an extra remote or if you would like to add a keypad outside your door, we have those accessories and more if needed. Although, there are some kits that come with these extras already! Take a look below at some of the kits we sell. As an extra bonus, all our LiftMaster openers come with WI-FI built in. This is a really cool feature to have if you aren't home and will have something delivered or just to let in people without giving them access to any pass-codes. This is controlled all through your smart phone no matter where you are, as long as your opener has good WI-FI connection.
